When you compose a message in Hub Email, the text size you see is controlled per-message by a font size selector in the formatting toolbar — there isn't a single account-wide setting that changes the size of every email you send.
To set the font size while composing:
- Click Compose to start a new message (or open a reply).
- In the formatting toolbar above the message body, find the two dropdowns near the top — one shows the font family (for example Arial) and the other shows the font size (for example 16px).
- Click the font size dropdown and choose the size you want.
- Select any text you've already typed if you want to change the size of text you already wrote, then apply the new size the same way.
This setting applies to the message you're currently writing. If a message you received — like one from a coworker — appears in a larger or smaller font than your own messages, that's simply because the font size was chosen individually in each message, not because of a setting on your account.
There's currently no way to set a default font size that automatically applies to every new email you compose — you'll choose it each time using the toolbar dropdown above.
