You (or any subaccount user) can update your own login password directly from within Liberation Campaign at any time – you don't need to contact support to change it.

Changing Your Password

  1. Log in to Liberation Campaign.
  2. Go to your account menu and select My Account.
  3. Open the Profile tab.
  4. Scroll to the Password and Confirm password fields.
  5. Enter your new password in both fields.
  6. Save your changes.

This works the same way whether you're logged in as the primary account owner or as a subaccount – each login manages its own password from its own Profile tab.

Other Account Security Options

While you're in My Account, you'll also find:

  • 2FA – enable two-factor authentication for extra login security.
  • Company – update your billing/company details.
  • Disable account – temporarily disable your own login.

If you're the account owner and need to reset the password for a subaccount (for example, if a team member is locked out), you can do this from Subaccounts instead – open that subaccount and set a new password in the Password/Confirm password fields there. See: Adding Additional Users (Subaccounts) in Liberation Campaign.

If you're locked out of your primary account and can't log in at all, use the "Forgot password" link on the Liberation Campaign login screen, or contact support and we can help you regain access.
