Most marketgoo problems come down to the scan not reaching your site, or data that hasn't updated yet.

ProblemWhat to do
Log in to Dashboard doesn't open marketgooAllow pop-ups for our site and try again from the Client Area. Always open marketgoo from the Client Area, not a bookmark.
Page titles show as "One moment, please...", or your site's preview shows a "verifying your request" pageYour site's firewall or bot protection (for example Cloudflare's Bot Fight Mode or a security plugin) is blocking marketgoo's scanner, so it sees a challenge page instead of your site. Allow the marketgoo crawler in your firewall or security settings, then click Check site in Website Health. If your site is with us and you're not sure how, open a support ticket.
The site isn't being scanned, or the scan is stuckmarketgoo can't scan a site that's down, redirects somewhere else, or shows an error on the home page. Make sure the site loads at the exact domain on your service (with https), then click Check site.
The scan ignores parts of the siteLite scans up to 50 pages and Pro up to 1,000. Pages blocked by your robots.txt file, set to noindex, or behind a login aren't scanned.
Visibility says the site is "NOT indexed by Google"Search Google for site:yourdomain.com. If nothing shows, check that your site isn't set to discourage search engines (in WordPress: Settings > Reading) and submit your sitemap in Google Search Console. A firewall blocking bots (see above) can also cause this.
Traffic or Visibility shows no dataConnect Google Analytics and Search Console in Settings > Connections (account menu, top right). Use the Google account that manages them. New connections can take a day or two to fill in.
"No backlinks detected"Backlink data comes from an outside provider and updates about once a month. New sites often have none yet.
Keywords show as not rankedmarketgoo tracks the top 100 Google results. New sites, very broad keywords and thin pages often don't rank yet. Try more specific keywords, and connect Search Console for real data.
I made changes but the task isn't doneClick Check site in Website Health to re-scan. Clear any website or Cloudflare cache first, and make sure you edited the page marketgoo is checking.
My score went downThe score is re-calculated on each scan. New problems (such as broken links or a page that stopped loading) will lower it. Open Website Health to see which new tasks appeared.
Content Optimization says I've used my monthly optimizationsPro includes 20 page optimizations a month (shown as "Monthly optimizations"). The count resets each month.
I changed my website's domainOpen a support ticket so we can move marketgoo to the new domain.
