Your VPS Hosting plan bundles several things into one order: the server, a free domain, a CDN, email, and an SEO tool. Because of how these are provisioned, a few things can look "missing" right after signup when they're actually working as designed. Start here before opening a ticket.
"My domain isn't free at checkout"
Your free domain only applies to these extensions: .com, .net, .org, .info, .blog, .me, .biz. If you chose a different extension, that's why it's showing a charge. Go back and search for one of the eligible extensions. See How your free domain works for details.
"I don't see my CDN or Email service anywhere"
This is expected for the first few minutes to hours after your order. Unlike your VPS and domain, your CDN and Liberation Email account are not shown in your shopping cart at checkout — they're added to your account automatically once your VPS order finishes processing. Check Services in your Client Area again after a short wait. If it's been more than 24 hours, open a support ticket and we'll add it manually at no charge.
"My Liberation Email account exists but I can't create a mailbox"
Mailbox capacity is activated by our team shortly after your account is provisioned — it's a short manual step on our side. If it's been more than a business day, open a ticket referencing your VPS order and we'll activate it.
"I can't find my Marketgoo SEO tool"
Check Services in your Client Area — it's listed as an addon alongside your VPS. If it isn't there within a day of your order, open a ticket; it's already included in your plan price.
"My VPS itself isn't reachable yet"
Server provisioning can take longer than the domain/email/CDN steps above, especially for larger plans. See Site down checklist for general troubleshooting, or open a ticket if your VPS hasn't gone live within a few hours of your order.
Still stuck?
Open a support ticket with your order number and what you're seeing (or not seeing) — our team can check exactly where your order is in provisioning and fix it directly.
