List Segmentation
To create a segment within a list. First go to the desired list that you want to segment and open the management screen.
Next, select on the Segments Tile.

Create a new segmentation.
Create a "Name" for the segment. Then create a condition for the segment that will be applied to the subscribers in your list and click save.
When sending a campaign to a segment of your list, first select the list and then the segmentation.
Your campaign will now be sent to only the desired segmented section of your list.
