Liberation Email is business email on your own domain, with calendar and contacts included. There are two kinds of Liberation Email accounts. Check which one you have, then follow the matching steps below.

Hub plans (Mail Starter, Mail+, Mail Pro)
Every Hub email plan includes Email, Calendar, Contacts and Appointments.
- Add your domain. In the Client Area, open the Hub manager and add your domain under Hub Domains. Then add the DNS records it shows you. See Adding Your Custom Domain to Your Hub.
- Create your users. Add a user account for each person and give each one an email license. See Adding a User to Your Hub and Hub Licenses: Buying and Assigning.
- Sign in. Each person signs in at hubforteams.com with their full email address and password. See How to log in and reset your password.
- Start using it. See Using Hub Email, Using the Calendar app and Using the Contacts app.
Email Pro (Client Area plan)
- Open your service. In the Client Area, go to Services > My Services and click your Email Pro service.
- Add your domain. Click Manage Domains, then Add Domain. See Email Pro Control Panel: Managing Your Domains.
- Create mailboxes. Click Manage Email Accounts, then Add Email Account. See Email Pro Control Panel: Creating and Managing Email Accounts.
- Sign in to webmail. Click Web Mail, or go to mail.liberation.email, and sign in with the full email address and its password.
- Set up forwarding, aliases and storage if you need them. See Email Pro Control Panel: Forwarding, Aliases and Extra Storage.
Both plans
- Phone and computer: Set up Liberation Email on your phone or computer (the server is mail.liberation.email for both plans).
- DNS: your domain needs our MX and SPF records to receive and send mail:

The MX and SPF records make email arrive and keep it out of spam. The autoconfig, autodiscover and SRV records let Outlook, Apple Mail and phones set up accounts automatically. Some DNS providers show the SRV value as one line:
