Digital product in store

Digital products offer a convenient sold method for receiving your preferred links directly via email.

Add digital downloads in Store:

  1. Drag & drop "Commerce" from main toolbar;
  2. Click "Edit products" in right toolbar;
  3. Switch to "Files" tab;
  4. Click "Add file" or to upload file, or simply drag and drop file into designated area;
  5. Select file that you wish to associate with your product;
  6. Click on "Select" to confirm your selection;
  7. Click "Apply" to save changes made;
  8. Go to "Email" on right toolbar and enter your email address in "Form will be sent to this email address";

Send digital download automatically:

  • Select "Payment Gateways" on right toolbar and connect your preferred payment method;
  • Click "Apply" to save payment gateways;
  • Publish your website to activate changes;
  • After payment, customer will receive email with link for download your attached file.

Manage digital product manually:

  • Select "Payment Gateways" on right toolbar and connect Bank Transfer;
  • Click "Apply" to save payment gateways;
  • Publish your website to activate your changes;
  • Once users order and pay for item, status in Check orders should be changed to complete;
  • Once status is changed to "Completed", navigate to "Details" section;
  • Click on "Send invoice to client" button.
Note: You can manually resend invoice by clicking 'Send invoice to client' button and check status of invoice sending in the details section.
