Symptoms: you can't log in to Liberation Campaign, or you get an "invalid credentials" or "contact support" message.

Start here: always log in through the Client Area

Don't bookmark or save a direct password on Liberation Campaign's own login page. The reliable way in is: log in to your Client Area, open My Services, find your Liberation Campaign service and click Login. This hands you off automatically so you don't need to remember a separate password.

If the Login button itself errors out

This is usually not a typo in your password — it means the handoff from the Client Area to Liberation Campaign failed. This has happened as a system-wide issue in the past and needed a fix on our end, not something you can resolve from your side. If this happens:

  1. Confirm your Liberation Campaign service shows as Active on the My Services page (not Suspended or Terminated — a lapsed or cancelled service will also block login).
  2. Try again after a few minutes, in case it's a brief outage.
  3. If it still fails, Open a support ticket in the Liberation Campaign department with a screenshot of the exact error message. Include the time you tried, since these are sometimes traced through server logs.

If you're entering credentials directly on Liberation Campaign's login page

  1. Verify credentials: check the email address and password for typos or extra spaces.
  2. Reset password: use "Forgot Password" on the login page.
  3. Clear cache and cookies, then try again.
  4. Browser compatibility: use an up-to-date, supported browser.
Tip: Multiple people at your organization sharing one login can cause confusing lockouts. If you need more than one person to have access, Open a support ticket to ask about adding a user rather than sharing credentials.
