Managing User Roles and Permissions in Liberation Campaign

Additional user logins in Liberation Campaign are called Subaccounts. Each subaccount is its own login with its own password, and you control exactly what areas of the account it can access.

Add a New User (Subaccount)

  1. Go to your account menu and select Subaccounts.
  2. Click Create new subaccount.
  3. Enter the user's name, email, and an initial password.
  4. Set their Status (Active, Inactive, or Disabled).
  5. Optionally turn on Send details via email to have their login details emailed to them automatically.
  6. Save the subaccount.

Set Permissions

On the same create/edit screen, check the boxes for the areas you want this user to have access to:

  • Manage lists
  • Manage campaigns
  • Manage servers
  • Manage surveys
  • Manage api keys
  • Manage domains
  • Manage email templates
  • Manage landing pages

You can return to the Subaccounts page at any time to adjust a user's permissions or change their Status.

For full details on setting up subaccounts, see: Adding Additional Users (Subaccounts) in Liberation Campaign. For how a user changes their own password, see: Managing Your Password in Liberation Campaign.
