With regard to MS 365, there are two authentication options that can be used in our service

1. with username + password of the account to be migrated
> Please select the provider entry "Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online (OAuth)".
> no CSV upload possible

or

2. with a service account to be determined in advance (if you do not want to/ cannot use username + password)
> can be used for a larger number of accounts to be migrated

> Please select provider entry "Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online (Admin)"
