Issue: Campaigns Not Sending

 

Symptoms:

 Campaigns remain in the "pending" state.

 Campaigns are not being sent at the scheduled time.

 

Solutions:

  1. Check Campaign Settings: Ensure all required fields are filled out correctly and that the campaign is not set to "draft" status.
  2. Verify Schedule: Doublecheck the scheduled date and time for the campaign. Ensure your account's time zone settings are correct.
  3. Review Sending Limits: Ensure you have not exceeded your account’s sending limits or quotas.
