SocialBee is a social media management tool. You write your posts once, sort them into categories, set a schedule, and SocialBee publishes them to your social accounts for you. It keeps your accounts active during the weeks you are too busy to post.

Good to know: SocialBee publishes on your behalf, but it does not write your strategy for you. You decide what to say and how often. The AI tools can help you draft and rewrite posts once you have told it what you want.

Open SocialBee

There is no separate password. You sign in through your Client Area and SocialBee opens already logged in.

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Go to My Services.
  3. Click your SocialBee service.
  4. Under Actions on the left, click Log in to SocialBee.

There is also a SocialBee panel on your Client Area home page with a Manage button that takes you to the same place.

Set up your account

A Getting started panel sits at the top of your SocialBee dashboard and tracks how far through setup you are. It has four steps:

  1. Connect social accounts. Link the profiles you want to post to.
  2. Define your content categories. Group your posts by theme.
  3. Schedule your categories. Choose when each category posts.
  4. Create your posts. Write them and tailor each one per network.

Work through them in order. Steps 1 to 3 are the setup; step 4 is what you will do from then on.

What happens after setup

Once a category has posts in it and a schedule attached, switch it to Active and SocialBee starts publishing. You can watch what went out, what is queued and anything that failed from the dashboard.

If a post fails: it is almost always an expired connection. Open Social Accounts and look for a Reconnect button next to the account. Social networks expire their connections every few months, so this is normal maintenance rather than a fault.
