If a campaign shows a message like:

One of your campaigns has been postponed because you have reached your quota!
The campaign [name] has been postponed until [date/time] because you have reached your assigned quota!

this means your Liberation Campaign plan includes a set number of emails per month (for example, a "2M Emails a Month" plan), and your account has sent its full allowance for the current period.

What happens next

The campaign isn't cancelled — it's queued and will automatically resume sending once your quota resets at the start of your next billing period. You don't need to re-send it.

If you think this is wrong

A couple of things can look like a quota block but aren't:

  • A lapsed or past-due invoice on your Liberation Campaign service can also pause sending. Check Billing > My Invoices in your Client Area for anything unpaid on that service.
  • You upgraded recently but the new limit hasn't applied yet.
Tip: If your send volume regularly bumps into your quota, Open a support ticket and ask about moving up to the next plan tier so campaigns don't get held up.
