Where is my subscription page?
You can find it by logging in to Liberation Campaign and clicking the Lists link from the left-side menu.
From the Lists page, click your list's name, or the info icon in the Options column, to open the list overview page.
From the list overview page, click the Pages box to see all the pages associated with that list, which you can edit as you wish – one of these is your subscription page.
Since it uses a WYSIWYG editor, you can modify the subscription page, and any of the other list pages, however you'd like.
