Symptoms: you can't log in to Liberation Campaign, or you get an "invalid credentials" or "contact support" message.
Start here: always log in through the Client Area
Don't bookmark or save a direct password on Liberation Campaign's own login page. The reliable way in is: log in to your Client Area, open My Services, find your Liberation Campaign service and click Login. This hands you off automatically so you don't need to remember a separate password.
If the Login button itself errors out
This is usually not a typo in your password — it means the handoff from the Client Area to Liberation Campaign failed. This has happened as a system-wide issue in the past and needed a fix on our end, not something you can resolve from your side. If this happens:
- Confirm your Liberation Campaign service shows as Active on the My Services page (not Suspended or Terminated — a lapsed or cancelled service will also block login).
- Try again after a few minutes, in case it's a brief outage.
- If it still fails, Open a support ticket in the Liberation Campaign department with a screenshot of the exact error message. Include the time you tried, since these are sometimes traced through server logs.
If you're entering credentials directly on Liberation Campaign's login page
- Verify credentials: check the email address and password for typos or extra spaces.
- Reset password: use "Forgot Password" on the login page.
- Clear cache and cookies, then try again.
- Browser compatibility: use an up-to-date, supported browser.
